Mixed Connective Tissue Disease

The signs and symptoms of mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) are a combination of diseases, especially lupus, scleroderma, and polymyositis. Sjogren’s syndrome affects a large number of people who have this rare disorder. As a result, MCTD is often referred to as an overlap disease.
